2027 Cadillac LYRIQ Driving Range and Charging
Range and charging are the two questions every EV shopper asks first, and the 2027 Cadillac LYRIQ answers both well. It carries a 102-kWh battery good for an EPA-estimated 326 miles in rear-wheel-drive form, and for 2027 it gains a native NACS charge port that opens Tesla Superchargers without an adapter. Range on the 2027 LYRIQ depends on drivetrain and, unusually, on which onboard charger you choose. Single-motor rear-wheel-drive models earn an EPA-estimated 326 miles. Dual-motor all-wheel drive with the standard 11.5-kW charging module is EPA-estimated at 319 miles, and choosing the available 19.2-kW module trades 16 miles for faster home charging, landing at 303 miles.
The performance LYRIQ-V is EPA-estimated at 285 miles. All of these figures come from Cadillac and are labeled EPA-estimated; the EPA has not yet published its own 2027 Cadillac data.

The headline change for 2027 is the port itself. The LYRIQ now uses a native J3400 North American Charging System connector handling Level 1, Level 2, and DC fast charging through a single opening, and it connects to Superchargers without the adapter earlier LYRIQs required.
On a DC fast charger the LYRIQ accepts up to 190 kW and adds up to 86 miles of range in 10 minutes. At home, the standard 11.5-kW onboard charger adds up to 31 miles per hour, and the available 19.2-kW module raises that to up to 50 miles per hour.

Through the myCadillac app, the 2027 LYRIQ reaches more than 250,000 public chargers across the United States and Canada, including over 29,000 Superchargers. Adapters are available for connecting to non-NACS home and public chargers, so older infrastructure remains usable.
Every LYRIQ arrives with a 20-foot dual-level charging cord for 120-volt or 240-volt outlets. The 19.2-kW module requires a professionally installed 100-amp dedicated charge station, while the standard 11.5-kW setup calls for a 60-amp circuit.
