Excellent experience. Full transparency and competitive pricing. Carlos Gutierrez is the best Sales Specialist! I switched to the new Cadillac OPTIQ for my first electric vehicle after having six Mercedes. This electric car is the best I have driven after renting at least eight different makes and models. Rizza Cadillac was the best new car purchasing experience that I have ever had. At least half the time as other dealerships. No haggling, no pressure....they let the car and the pricing speak for itself. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Cadillac.

The service was good...just maintenance that turned into something else so I had to leave my car overnight. I received a loaner...not in house cadillac, the writer says they don't have any anymore. The reason he gave me was ridiculous. So i received one from enterprise. What a nightmare...which I don't have a problem with, until. The first car (lumina)was making terrible knocking sounds so the porter said I should replace it. After about 30 minutes of waiting at enterprise, the service person took that car for a ride and said she didn't hear ...

Let me start off by saying that I simply went in yesterday to order a bolt and figured I’d make an appointment to have a rear toe link recall matter addressed. Johnny Howard in service is an absolute rockstar! He got me in first thing this morning and to say that he went above and beyond for me and my car is an understatement! Every time I receive service on my car there, all the workers go above and beyond what's actually expected of them. My service technician today, Becky, also went above and beyond today. A very nice experience with no pressure or salesman breathing down my neck trying to sell me a car. I did find a very nice Chevrolet Equinox which I purchased with the help of a polite and very nice salesman named Larry Pap. I was greatful for his help in making my decision easy.
