Service was quick they washed my truck but neglected to fill all fluids as indicated on the list tasks they would perform . I had specifically asked about this and was assured it would be done. Perhaps the service person was unaware of all his duties

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Took about an hour. Received the car rinse. Was told I could have my cabin filter changed, but declined. Think I can do it myself.

A little disappointed that all of a sudden now that the car is mine & not leased. The mechanic after the oil change & tire rotation starts saying because the car is over 22,000 miles we could use some optional but pertinent additional supplies/repairs for the car costing almost $400 additional dollars. With my other Buick Enclave that I leased that vehicle went well over the 22,000 mile marker no such advise was given.
They did an excellent job on the work that had to be done on my car and I couldn't believe it didn't take all day. I've been to car shops and for a small problem it takes hours I did not have to wait hours for a small repair.
On time and to the point ! Repair was done with cleanliness in mind! I was a mechanic so I looked to see if everything was in order before I left.

Service reps especially Rebecca DeAndre are very professional. Love the atmosphere. Always clean. Repair prices a bit costly. Understand it was Cadillac who wanted GMC/Buick separate. They charge the same repair prices so don’t understand that. However I still enjoy going there.

Went here for parts, I have a GMC 1500 crew cab with the 6.2, I keep warping rotors I buy from the big box stores, so this time I went factory, prices weren't much more, but the quality is like a 100 percent better, breaks work great, looking forward to seeing how long these last. It's also great to use the Vin for exact parts match.
